# Can I buy credits once without a subscription?

**There is no one-off credit purchase.** Every credit comes from a plan. There are four ways to cover a one-time or irregular need.

## 1. Subscribe, then cancel straight away

Subscribe to any plan and cancel right away. Your credits stay usable for 30 days from the day you cancel. This is the closest thing to a single purchase. See [How to Cancel or Pause My Subscription?](https://help.evaboot.com/public/credits-billing/how-to-cancel-or-pause-my-subscription/).

Pick the plan whose credit count covers the job on the [Pricing page](https://dash.evaboot.com/dash/pricing/), then subscribe.

## 2. Let credits roll over

Unused credits roll over to the next billing period for as long as your subscription is active. If you need a big month once a quarter, a smaller plan can build up to it instead of a one-off purchase.

## 3. Upgrade for credits today

Already subscribed and out of credits before the end of the month? Upgrading is the way to get credits immediately. On [Billing](https://dash.evaboot.com/dash/subscription/), pick a larger plan in the selector and confirm. You pay the full price of the new plan today. The new credits are added right away, and your billing period restarts from today.

If you only needed the extra credits once, you can downgrade again afterwards. The downgrade takes effect at your next renewal.

## 4. Ask for a custom plan for large volumes

Plans go up to 15000 credits a month. For more than that, or for a large one-time volume, contact us for a custom plan.
