How to Export a Chunk of My Search?
You can’t select the number of leads to export directly in Evaboot — you have to do it through Sales Navigator. You won’t be able to select which leads to export and pay once they’ve been exported within Evaboot.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Manual selection — tick checkboxes on Sales Navigator to hand-pick leads.
- Advanced filters — segment your search results in Sales Navigator, then export directly with Evaboot.
- Large lists (2500+) — split the search rather than exporting it all at once.
Build a list
Section titled “Build a list”Let’s say your search has 2500 results — you can build a list of 1000 leads.
- Tick the checkboxes next to the leads/accounts.
- Click Save to list.
- Click Create new list.
You can only perform this operation page by page, with 25 leads per page. You’ll need to repeat the process several times to build large lists.
Export the list
Section titled “Export the list”- Export the list with Evaboot once it’s ready.
Exclude the list from your initial search
Section titled “Exclude the list from your initial search”Let’s say you want to export the rest of the search the next day. You don’t want to export the leads that were in the list again — good news, you can exclude them from your search.
- Go to your search.
- Find the Workflow section.
- Click Lead lists.
- Find your list.
- Click Exclude.
After completing that process, all the leads in your lead list will be excluded from the search results.
This way, you can ensure that you won’t export the same leads again.
