How Do I Set Up My Zapier Integration?
Create a Catch Hook in Zapier, then paste its URL into a new Zapier integration in Evaboot. Once connected, Evaboot sends your export and email results straight into your Zap.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- A Zapier account on a plan that includes Webhooks by Zapier (a premium app).
- Evaboot open at dash.evaboot.com/dash/integrations/.
In Zapier: create the webhook
Section titled “In Zapier: create the webhook”- Create a new Zap.

- Choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger.

- Select the Catch Hook event.

- Copy the webhook URL Zapier generates. Leave the Zap open on the Test step — you’ll send a sample from Evaboot to finish mapping fields.

In Evaboot: connect it
Section titled “In Evaboot: connect it”- Open Integrations. Stay on the Webhooks tab, click New integration, and choose Zapier.
- Name the integration and paste the webhook URL.

- Pick what to send.
- Data types: Exports, Lists (URL Enrichment), Email Finder jobs, Email Verifier jobs.
- Scope: all folders, or specific ones.
- Pick the trigger.
- Automatic — sends results as soon as a job completes and is paid. One automatic integration per data type.
- Manual — keeps the webhook quiet. It only delivers when you send a test.
- Click Request sample to see the exact JSON Evaboot will post.
- Click Create webhook.
Test it
Section titled “Test it”- In Evaboot: open the webhook’s actions menu and click Send test. Evaboot posts a sample payload — fake data, never your real leads.
- In Zapier: click Test trigger. The sample request appears as a caught hook. Use it to map Evaboot fields into your action steps, then publish the Zap.
- In Evaboot: click View logs. The delivery shows a
TESTtag and the HTTP response code —200means Zapier received it.
If it didn’t work
Section titled “If it didn’t work”- “Non-2xx response or transport failure” — check the logged response code. Confirm the URL matches the Catch Hook exactly.
- Zapier finds no request on Test trigger — send the test from Evaboot first, then click Test trigger. Zapier only shows recently caught hooks.
- The Zap never fires on real data — the Zap must be published and turned on. The Evaboot integration’s trigger should be Automatic.
