How to Split My Search When I Have More Than 2,500 Leads / 1,000 Accounts?
Split large searches with the Function or Seniority Level filters.
When you have more than 2500 results in a lead search — or more than 1000 accounts in an account search — split the search into several chunks.

Use these two filters only to split searches, not to target leads. They give irrelevant results when used for regular targeting.
