How Does LinkedIn URL Enrichment Work?
URL Enrichment turns LinkedIn or Sales Navigator URLs — people or companies — into full profiles with fresh Sales Navigator data. Paste the URLs or upload a file, and Evaboot scrapes each matching Sales Navigator page.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- The latest Evaboot Chrome extension, signed in. Enrichments run through your LinkedIn session in the extension. See How to Install the Latest Evaboot Extension.
- Unique-ID or Sales Navigator URLs. Public
/in/URLs are not supported — see Why Can’t Evaboot Enrich Public LinkedIn URLs?
- Open URL Enrichment at dash.evaboot.com/dash/exports/url-enrichment/.
- Paste your URLs, one per line — people or companies.
- Or click Upload file to drop a
CSVorXLSXfile instead — max50 MB.
- Name your enrichment.
- Keep Also find emails checked to add verified professional emails. Emails only come back for people URLs, not companies.
- Click Paste URLs to enrich (or Enrich uploaded URLs). The valid-URL counter under the paste box tells you how many lines Evaboot recognized.
What type of URL can I use?

Public URLs (like https://www.linkedin.com/in/enzo-colbachiny/) are not supported. All the data comes from Sales Navigator, and only the unique ID in the URL can be converted into a Sales Navigator URL. The full explanation is in Why Can’t Evaboot Enrich Public LinkedIn URLs?
What data do I get?
Section titled “What data do I get?”Each people URL is enriched with:
- LinkedIn profile URL
- First name, last name
- Job title, job description, years in position
- Lead location
- Verified professional email, when found
- Company name, website, LinkedIn URL
- Company location, industry, type
- Company size and exact headcount
- Company creation date, description, specialties
- Number of connections
- Whether the profile is open
- Profile picture and company logo
Company URLs bring back the company data only.
What happens to the other columns of my file?
Section titled “What happens to the other columns of my file?”If you upload a file, the extra columns are preserved in the downloaded CSV, alongside the data Evaboot adds.
If it didn’t work
Section titled “If it didn’t work”- The counter stays at
0 valid URLs— put one URL per line, and check they are unique-ID or Sales Navigator URLs, not public/in/links. - No emails in the result — emails are found for people URLs only, and Also find emails must be checked before launching.
