How to Upload Evaboot Files to My CRM?
There are two ways to get Evaboot results into your CRM. Send data automatically over a webhook integration, or download the file and import it yourself.
Option 1 — Send data automatically
Section titled “Option 1 — Send data automatically”The Integrations page can push your results into Make, Zapier, n8n, or Clay — and each of those can write into your CRM. If your CRM accepts inbound webhooks directly, use a Custom integration and point it at your endpoint.

A native HubSpot integration is being worked on by our engineering team as a priority. Until it ships, HubSpot works like any other CRM here: webhook route or manual upload.
Option 2 — Upload the file manually
Section titled “Option 2 — Upload the file manually”Download your export from Evaboot (CSV or XLSX), then import it in your CRM. Most CRMs document this:
If your CRM rejects the file
Section titled “If your CRM rejects the file”Some CRM importers are strict about CSV formatting. Re-saving the file through Google Sheets normalizes it:
- Upload the file to Google Sheets. Open a sheet, then File → Import → Upload → Browse and select your Evaboot file.

- Select Append to current sheet, then click Import data.

- Download it back as CSV: File → Download → Comma Separated Values (.csv).

- Import the re-saved CSV in your CRM. If it still fails, contact your CRM’s support — every major CRM accepts CSV files.
