Why Is There a Daily Limit on Evaboot?

Evaboot exports 2,500 leads or 1,000 accounts per 24 hours, per Sales Navigator account. This is our own limit, not a plan restriction, so buying more credits does not raise it. We set it there to protect your LinkedIn account.

Exporting runs through your own LinkedIn account, so how fast it runs matters. We cap the day at 2,500 to keep every account well within what it can comfortably sustain.

2,500 results per 24 hours is as much as can be pulled while still collecting the full lead and company data. Tools that advertise bigger numbers are reading what is already printed on the search results page: name, Sales Navigator URL, job title, company name. That leaves out the company website, which is what email finding depends on. It also excludes company size, industry, location and the rest.

See How Does the Sales Navigator Export Work? for the full field list.

Work you have already launched is not thrown away. It waits, and continues once your 24-hour capacity comes back.

Your exports are listed at dash.evaboot.com/dash/exports/, each with its current status.

This is not the same as a search bigger than 2,500

Two different things are easy to confuse.

  • The daily cap applies across everything you export in 24 hours. It resolves itself with time.
  • A single search larger than 2,500 leads does not. Evaboot takes the first 2,500 and the remainder is never collected, no matter how long you wait.

For a search that big, split it into chunks under 2,500 and export them one at a time: see How to Split My Search.

The cap is per Sales Navigator account, so a second seat exports its own 2,500. Your connected accounts are listed on the Settings page: dash.evaboot.com/dash/settings/.
