What Are Legacy Credits?
Legacy credits are the older Evaboot credit model. They still exist on legacy plans.
The two models

- 1 lead or account exported = 1 credit
- 1 email search = 1 credit, charged whether or not an email is found
Current credits
- 1 lead or account exported = 1 credit
- 1 email found = 1 credit, and nothing is charged when no email is found
The practical difference is on exports with a low email discovery rate. On the legacy model you paid for every attempt.
How to switch to current credits
Section titled “How to switch to current credits”Take a current plan. As long as you stay on a legacy plan, your account keeps being topped up with legacy credits. Pick a plan on the Pricing page or change plan from Billing.
Legacy credits do not expire on their own while your subscription is active.
