Why Can't Evaboot Enrich Public LinkedIn URLs?
Public URLs can’t be converted into Sales Navigator URLs, so Evaboot can’t enrich them.
Evaboot gets all its data from Sales Navigator. The unique ID inside a LinkedIn URL is what turns it into a Sales Navigator URL — a public URL carries a custom name instead of that ID. The URL Enrichment page says it directly: public /in/ URLs are not supported.

If you store public URLs in your CRM and people change their URL, the stored URL turns into a 404. That breaks your prospecting automations and your enrichment workflow.
A unique-ID URL never changes, so you can store it indefinitely in your CRM.
