Why Can't I Enrich Companies with Emails?
The Evaboot Email Finder finds professional emails for individual people, not generic company emails. It won’t find shared addresses like info@company.com or contact@company.com.
To find emails, Evaboot needs:
- A person’s first name and last name
- Their company name or company domain
Why not company emails?
Section titled “Why not company emails?”Company-level email addresses (e.g., sales@company.com) are not tied to a specific individual, which makes them:
- Less effective for outreach — they often go to a shared inbox
- Not GDPR-compliant — professional emails must be matched to a named individual
How to find emails for companies
Section titled “How to find emails for companies”To get emails from a list of companies:
- Find the right individual contacts at those companies using Sales Navigator’s account search.
- Export those contacts with Evaboot.
- Enable the Email Finder option during export.
This gives you verified professional emails for each individual lead at the company.
